Catherine Meunier – President
Catherine is a natural when it comes to retail and restaurant real estate. Growing up in a retail environment, she honed her retail instincts from an early age. Her sensitivity and ability to grasp nuance is exceptional. For 12 years, she offers CGI clients a perspective that is seasoned, sophisticated, and, at the same time fresh and energetic. Catherine is dedicated to applying a contemporary attitude to strategic development in CGI’s on-going support of long-term financial success through real estate decision-making.
Jacklyn Arzio – Senior Vice President
Jacklyn has nearly 20 years experience in leasing and sales of retail and restaurants in the Greater Bay Area as well as New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. A former retailer (she owned fine jewelry stores for more than 15 years) who also has extensive experience in advertising and working with large corporations, Jackie’s ingenuity, sharp eye for underlying truths, and a working knowledge of both retail and restaurant businesses allow her to “connect the dots” for the benefit of CGI clients. Her imagination and ability to grasp the intricacies of new markets as well as her affinity and knowledge of the Bay Area make her an invaluable client resource.
Krystal Channick – Senior Associate
Since joining the team 5 years ago, Krystal has played an integral role at CGI. She heads our research department and as a licensed California Real Estate salesperson, she is available to assist our clients both in evaluating and selecting sites and in working with landlords to secure the best possible tenants for their locations.
Vanessa De Vera – Executive Assistant to the President
With many years of experience in high-level executive support and F&B/hospitality, Vanessa applies her profound insight to create an elevated client experience. Through her skilled research and understanding of the constantly evolving Bay Area retail market, Vanessa offers vital support to CGI. She tackles projects with acute attention to detail, both in the office and in the field, with skill and grace.
